"The Brett Saison has aged gracefully over the past 2.5 years, and is now showing a fuller body, with some more flavour development lending the beer a lasting mouthfeel. The beer retains a light spritz and length, and sits nicely beside a cheeseboard made up of pungent fromage."

This ā€˜Brett Saisonā€™ was aged for 12 months in used Oak Bourbon Barrels with a mixed fermentation culture of Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces yeasts. The result is a complex, dry farmhouse style beer with a funky and fruity personality that will continue to develop with age. Drink one now, save one for later?
